Our business is totally mobile so we can come to you at anytime. We give our full attention to detail from the first meeting to the date of service to ensure that our clients can enjoy the function with no stress and worries whatsoever. We provide a wide range of catering services from small finger buffets to large sit down meals. We also specialize in wedding trays (koonchas), party packs, novelty cakes/biscuits/sweetmeats and a wide, creative range of gift couture's. We assure you that our food not only looks good, but smells great too! Background SML Catering was founded in 2005 by a dynamic woman Mrs. Kharoon Yunus, whose cooking style is innovative. Her interest in establishing this company came from her passion and desire to cook and bake.She pulled together resources that included her vast skills in the hospitality industry, to come up with a company that is fit to compete with the best in the industry. Added on to her personal profile, the founder gathered experience through working with Government Departments, such as the Department of Agriculture, Parliament Offices in Pietermaritzburg as well as a host of private clients. Most people will tell you that catering is all about taste and we disagree! At SML Catering we believe that vision is paramount. In 2005 we got together and organized this catering company with a vision that its stand out from the rest. A catering company dedicated to listening to our clients, seeing their vision and then bringing all of the elements together that make up the most memorable event.
